The user can login with mstsc onto their machine, but through the RD Web website doesn't work. Normally the website works fine, but once in a while this issue happens. This issue is fixed when we reboot the RD Website server. WebWhen I try to launch the RDP session in the RD Web Access of the server, I get the following error, "no available computers in the pool, please contact your helpdesk and let them know no brokers are available". I also get this error when I try to run it in Imprivata VDA and manually through RDP.
