The aim of our study was to compare the prognostic value of IPSS-M with the IPSS-R. Methods: Our study consisted of 852 patients with de novo MDS from 8/2016-9/2024. Webmolecular risk model (IPSS-Molecular or IPSS-M). To this end, mutations in diagnostic MDS samples from 2957 patients from 13 countries and 25 global centers were analyzed.
