There wasn't very much thickness to it, it kinda just cut through the mix and sounded, well, like an 80's metal pickup. It sounds awesome for what it is, but as a general pickup I'd advise against it. I kept it around and put it in my Charvel San Dimas because they just kinda seem made for each other.
